Your Results

Your test report breaks down each personality trait, giving insight and feedback around what your score is likely to mean in context of a given situation and how others may interpret you as a result.

The assessment is design to be taken a single time. Repeating the assessment would introduce bias into your responses which would invalidate the results of the report.

The assessment operates on a single use basis, the link will take you to your report once the assessment has been completed.

The Big 5 model of personality, is a scientifically validated and reliable psychological model.

As this is a self-report assessment, the answers you give will dictate the accuracy of your results, try to answer how you are rather than how you would like to be perceived.

Answering the questions in a way to try and manipulate a certain score or retaking the assessment to get a different outcome will invalidate your results.

Personality sits on a sliding scale, which means that everybody is capable of exhibiting characteristics of most traits, to different degrees, in certain situations - some aspects of your personality will likely just have more or less appropriate contexts depending on how strong they are.

We define strength as a very prominent trait, based on your assessment results. A weakness is defined as a less prominent trait, based on your assessment results.

Your results rely on a fair and accurate input being provided by you when you answer the assessment.

Your self-reported scores are compared against a large control group via a method that is validated and research-backed.

We do not offer refunds for results that aren't what a customer hoped for or thought they might get.

The percentile scores indicate the proportion of the population who will score at or below yours.

For example, a score of 75 on a given scale indicates that your score is in the highest 75% of the population.

A score of 50 on a given scale indicates that your score is in the average bracket of the population.

A score of 15 on a given scale indicates that your score is in the lowest 15% of the population.

The reason for this is 10 points above average, for example, doesn't equate to 10% above average as the personality distribution exists on a bell curve, meaning that points equate to more than the equivalent percent.

Big 5 & Personality Testing

The Big Five or five-factor model is widely accepted as a credible and valid method of assessing personality traits.

Unlike other kinds of personality tests, that give a fixed output, Big Five works on a sliding scale model. No one, for example, is completely an introvert or an extrovert, however, you are likely to have more and less prominent traits.

This test measures the Big Five personality traits, which are:

Openness
Conscientiousness
Extraversion
Agreeableness
Neuroticism

Understanding your personality traits better can be a powerful insight and tool, to allow you to connect with others easier and more effectively - at work, home and in your personal life.
